Art Classes in Portland
Ulna Studio is a spacious, well-lit art studio in an old Portland, Oregon warehouse located in the Central Eastside District. We offer painting and drawing classes. Our mission is to create a supportive creative community and foster artistic growth. Our classes range from beginner to intermediate painting and drawing and are taught by experienced working artists in one day to six week long workshops. Come discover what exploring art and allowing time for a creative practice can bring to your life.

Join us at Ulna Studio for an Intuitive Ink Workshop with Lettie Jane Rennenkamp.
This 6 week workshop is designed to help you to feel more free and playful with watercolor. We will paint from life, our imagination, and abstractly. Expect collaboration, community, and a new, expansive way to play with watercolor.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged, experienced artists will come away with a new perspective, and both sides of the creative spectrum tend to learn from each other.
About the instructor: Lettie Jane Rennekamp is an illustrator and artist based in Portland, Oregon by way of Kentucky. Her illustrations are bold and tender at the same time, depicting motherhood, varying versions of gender expression, community, and nature all together. About our classroom space: Ulna studio is a creative space located on the 2nd floor of the Portland Storage Building on SE Morrison st. There is NOT always elevator access for arrival/departure to your in-person class. Students always have the option of coming and leaving via a staircase.
